Air Pollution Control

Air pollution control is a critical issue. Our company's operations may have a negative impact on the surrounding environment, especially air quality. As such, we are actively taking measures to reduce pollutant emissions, safeguarding the health and productivity of our employees, and enhancing our company's reputation and profitability.

To enhance process safety and prevent VOC leakage from equipment components, we have implemented the following equipment component inspection plan:

  • Outsourcing: SGS conducts quarterly inspections on all equipment components, along with quarterly comprehensive infrared scans of the production area and an additional 600 spot checks.
  • In-house: Between SGS inspections, each department conducts monthly self-inspections, totaling 8 inspections per year, with each department inspecting at least 600 points.

Waste Management

In operational activities or production processes, wastewater treatment plants are the stage that generates the most waste, and the main waste produced is sludge. Our company entrusts all waste to government-approved disposal and treatment companies for handling, and these disposal companies are all equipped with GPS positioning systems for tracking and management.

In addition, our company has taken action to reduce waste, including process improvements such as using chemical deodorization to re-react residual VOCs in the reaction process to reduce the generation of waste gas; we have also strengthened the maintenance of filter presses and the testing of moisture content to reduce sludge production. (Note: Due to the reduction in our company's current production, sludge output has also decreased significantly.)
